Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to majority states in the United States, including the District of Columbia.

  • International Shipping: Currently, we  do not offer international shipping. 

Shipping Methods and Timelines

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days and delivered within 7–10 business days thereafter.

  • Expedited Shipping: For quicker delivery, we offer expedited shipping options which can be selected at checkout. Expedited orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days.

  • Customized Products: Please allow an additional 5–7 business days for engraving and customization. This is in addition to the shipping timeline.

Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $ 50. For orders below $ 50, a flat shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

  • International Shipping: Not available right now. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as a missing or damaged package, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We are committed to resolving any issues to your complete satisfaction.

Shipping During Holidays and Peak Seasons

Please note that shipping timelines may be extended during holidays and peak seasons due to high volume. We recommend placing your orders in advance to account for any potential delays.
